The room, the printers and the tools

CgeoFab is a home makerspace in a 360 x 300 cm room with a 260 cm ceiling. It doubles as a guest room, which is why the workbench turns into a bed.

The cordless tools share two 18 V 4.0 Ah batteries.

Dexion lengths

Dexion slotted angle holds square best when two beams meet on their round holes. That means each beam has to be cut to a length that lands on a round hole at both ends. One unit is the hole-to-hole pitch, with the cut in the middle of the next hole. These are the lengths I use:
